Jackie Suan

Jackie brings 15 years of experience in the gaming industry with a background in sales, marketing and customer service. She began her career at JCM (Japanese Cash Machine) as an Account/Customer Service Representative.

Jackie’s passion for her customers has allowed her to move up through the ranks of industry leaders such as Suzo-Happ Group to become VP of Sales/Marketing & Customer Service and Ditronics Financial Services, LLC as a VP of Sales for Western Region, where she was later promoted to VP of National Customer Service. Most recently, Jackie served as EVP of Sales and Customer Service for IGSA (International Gaming Support of America, LLC), responsible for the start up of their distribution division.
